Flowing

Locally referred to as Aqua, this Chicago high-rise residential building just north of Millennium Park has a distinctive flowing appearance due to its irregular, curved "balconies".

(The building looks better from a distance. Up close the balconies remind me of cooling fins on a motor or an air conditioner unit.)
